The Töölo Credenza combines utility with beautiful materials. Proportioned for generous storage accommodation, the piece features a solid wood case, four doors showcasing continuous wood grain across, and a steel base. Interior dividers within the case create four bays, each with an adjustable shelf for maximum flexibility. The name of the piece is a nod to the time Chad and Emily spent in Helsinki, in the Töölo neighborhood and their appreciation for Finnish design. 

The Töölo Credenza is pictured here in the 78-inch length in whitewashed poplar with a charcoal steel base and coordinating pulls. The credenza is available in 5 wood finish options: walnut, oak, maple, oak whitewash and poplar whitewash, and 4 steel finishes: charcoal, natural, black and white. Because we hand-build all of our furniture, each piece has the mark of a hand-made object, and unique characteristics inherent to the natural beauty and variation of real, solid wood and steel. The Töölo series was born out of a collaboration with Ore Studios, one of our favorite Seattle interior design firms. Like many of our pieces, this story starts with a great team and a design problem. Andy Beers from Ore envisioned side tables and a credenza to match a custom Hanko Bed we would be making for a beautiful new bedroom project, and wanted something unique to complement his palette and other components in the design. This piece, along with the Töölo Side Table, are what emerged from that process, establishing a new series for Chadhaus (launched in early 2018).
